He is probably best known for his transformation project which includes a full body [[Tattoo|tattoo]] of green scales, stretched [[Piercing|piercings]], forehead [[Implant|implants]], [[Tooth filing|filed teeth]], and a [[Tongue splitting|split tongue]], making him resemble a lizard. He is one of the first people to have a split tongue, and due to his media prominence, it could be argued that he is almost single-handedly responsible for the popularity of this body modification.
