James Veitch, also known as "The Judge", is a performing member of Circus Carnis and also of Perth Pirate Core who moved from Melbourne on the east coast of Australia, to Perth, Western Australia in 2005. Veitch joined Circus Carnis to help out on stage alongside Emili Hubble, Ryan Mulholland, Janey Hakanson and Todd Denzil-Williams at a series of shows, though he quickly became a full time and valued member of the troupe.
