Ryan Oulette

Ryan Oullette, a.k.a. "Lord of the Blade" is a premier body art practitioner based at (and owner of) Precision Body Arts in Nashua, NH. He participated in several ScarWars events and is primarily known for his influential scalpel scarification style. Oullette is also a member of the BME QOD staff.
