Nipple pumping, vacuum pumping of the nipple, is a form of Nipple Enlargement — or simply play. By extended suction on the nipple, it becomes engorged with blood and enlarges. This enlargement is temporary, but done regularly can result in some semi-permanent enlargement. As with any pumping play, Overpumping is a very real risk, and those who engage in these activities should certainly listen to their bodies and monitor themselves closely to prevent injury.

Pumping is usually done with a Vacuum Pump (often with a smaller tube designed for nipple pumping), or with improvised devices such as Snakebite Kits, syringes, or even small plastic bottles.
