Mr. Lifto, or Joe Hermann, is one of the original and longest-lasting members of the Jim Rose Circus Sideshow, where he is a sideshow performer.

His primary claim to fame (and the source of his name) is the swinging and lifting of weights and objects from his genital, nipple, and other piercings. While many sideshow acts emulate his act, Lifto can be credited - at least in recent times - with having created the act.

Mr. Lifto also has forehead implants and facial tattoos.
