Creation of Earbow

Earbows (Ear elbow): a regional term for a lip left by scalpelling.

It is often due to cutting between two existing piercings and leaving the small nub of skin. This can be prevented by removing this skin with an extra cut or minimized by splitting the tissue evenly down its center during the scapelling process.
