BME regularly publishes April Fools articles in its news section (as well as occasional edits to the IAM software) to celebrate the April 1st "holiday." These are often picked up by the mainstream media and other bloggers as real, and as they say, hilarity ensues. Past articles have included:

  • 1999: Adding and Subtracting, in which a pair of twins transplant one arm to another and more. The twins are played by Ryan O'Brien, and you can read some of the feedback here. This was the first prank interview BME ever published, and remains the most popular (with the 2005 one a close second).
