Overpumping
Overpumping

Pumping too aggressively (too much pressure/time) is not a good idea. As with all tissue stretching and shape changing, you want to take it slowly so your body can adapt.

Overpumping can result in hematomas, blistering, and bruising (and pain). These can result in permanent scarring as well, which can result in a permanent loss in size.
