The nasallang is an uncommon combination piercing made up of a pair of nostril piercings (one in each nostril) with a septum piercing at the same level in between the two. A single piece of jewelry, usually a barbell is worn connecting all three — although from an outsider's view it will simply appear as a pair of nostril piercings assuming that the barbell sits flush with the skin.

This piercing is usually done all at once, but it can be done separately (although there's no specific advantage to doing so, as some have argued in the case of the industrial).

The nasallang was invented (well, first publicized) by the well-known piercer Cliff Cadaver.
