Plot

Two Canadian detectives, one from Ontario and the other from Quebec, must work together when a murdered victim is found on the Ontario Quebec border line. The movie stars Colm Feore and Patrick Huard. Both English and French are spoken throughout the movie. The film's title translates to, Good Cop, Bad Cop.

The killed is nicknamed, Tattoo Killer, as he tattoos his victims before he kills them.
