Miniature multi-piercing prince's wand.

A Pound Puppy is a short prince's wand that requires an ampallang piercing and two off-centre PA piercings... Resulting in a piece of custom jewelry that looks somewhat like a little pound puppy plush toy. While it seems to be a piercing that people ask about constantly, it is very rare, requires specialized piercing placement, and is not a name known by most piercers.

This invention (or at least its popularity) is generally credited to Patrick Bartholomew.
