FrenumLadderKA.jpg

A series of aligned frenum piercings forming a ladder.

Multiple frenum piercings placed in sequence are known as a frenum ladder. They are usually placed along the bottom of the penis, and sometimes continue along into a scrotum or even guiche ladder. Other placements (on the top or side) are also possible.

Barbells in 12ga to 6ga are the most common jewelry. While many people do the piercings one at a time, there is no reason why any number of piercings can't be done at once - sessions of dozens of piercings are not unheard of!
