FishtailLabret.jpg

A fishtail labret is sort of like a nostril screw enlarged to fit a labret. It is designed to minimize gum recession, however; many people find it uncomfortable and/or that it falls out in their sleep.

Raelyn Gallina is considered to have invented this type of jewelry.
