Infibulation is the temporary nullification or "closure" of the genitals. By using glue, piercings, sewing, and sometimes even minor surgery (although this is very rare), the genitals (either male or female) can be temporarily sealed up inside the body where they can't be sexually used in the physical sense of the act. This act is generally (but not always) linked to chastity fetishes, although some pre-op M2F people enjoy the aesthetic as well.
