A '''eunuch''', or eu, is a [[Castration|castrated]] male — one who has had his [[Testicle|testicles]] removed. Most people do this for medical reasons but some do it voluntarily.

In addition to a massive collection of thousands of stories, the archive also boasts an impressive message board geared more toward the reality side of things, along with an IRC chat room that can be accessed at [irc://darkstar1.tzo.com darkstar1.tzo.com] via any standard IRC client.


Eunuchs are at risk of developing osteoporosis so they must take [[Hormone Replacement Therapy]], which artificially replaces testosterone lost by removing the testicles.
Sadly, the founder of the site, "Bboy," has passed away, but the Archive lives on. Under the reins of talula and the Archive Council, the site continues in the direction Bboy laid out, keeping up the traditions.


It is of course common to refer to a man with the title "Mr." (short for ''mister''), and a woman with the titles "Ms.", "Mrs.", or "Miss". The title "Eu." is used when referring to a Eunuch.
