'''Emma DeBurg''' (sometimes spelled de Burgh), born Emma Kohl, a famous [[Tattooed lady]], is considered one of tattooist [[Samuel O'Reilly]]'s early masterpieces. Her work consisted mainly of large religious and patriotic motifs including a last supper [[Backpiece]]. She traveled America with her husband [[Frank DeBurg]], who was also tattooed by Samuel O'Reilly. In May of 1887, she left for Europe and toured without her husband. She traveled in Europe until 1898.
