Vertical Suspension

A vertical is one in which the body is hung perpendicular to the ground, although it may be located with the head either up (as in a Suicide suspension, vertical chest suspension, crucifix suspension, or to a lesser extent a lotus suspension), or with the head down (as in a knee suspension or calf suspension).
