Skin Divers are single point implants similar to dermal anchors. The jewelry used for skin divers is different in that the end underneath the skin has a sharp point. Also the ends are not interchangeable on skin divers like they are on dermal anchors. Biopsy punches are used to insert the jewelry. Many piercers feel they are inferior to microdermals.
