He is probably best known for his transformation project which includes a full body <a href="/index.php?title=Tattoo" title="Tattoo">tattoo</a> of green scales, stretched <a href="/index.php?title=Piercing" title="Piercing">piercings</a>, forehead <a class="mw-redirect" href="/index.php?title=Implant" title="Implant">implants</a>, <a class="mw-redirect" href="/index.php?title=Tooth_filing" title="Tooth filing">filed teeth</a>, and a <a class="mw-redirect" href="/index.php?title=Tongue_splitting" title="Tongue splitting">split tongue</a>, making him resemble a lizard. He is one of the first people to have a split tongue, and due to his media prominence, it could be argued that he is almost single-handedly responsible for the popularity of this body modification.
