Katzen is one of only a very small handful of people to have undertaken full-body concept transformations. Obviously, her transformation is into a tiger. Her modifications include her extensive tattoos, implants, restructured (pointed) ears, as well as facial piercings that resemble whiskers.
A labret spike is simply a standard labret stud with a spike bead screwed onto the end rather than a normal round bead (although some designs are a single piece — simply a spike attached to a flat backing). It does not need special placement. Most people with labret spikes wear them for decorative reasons and do not wear them at all times.

She was once married to and played in The Human Marvels with Enigma, who toured in their Puzzilion show. She is a tattoo artist in Texas. After a divorce from the Enigma, Katzen went to live with her fiancé and their newborn son, Felix and to work at a tattoo shop in Austin, Texas.
Labret spikes are available in many different lengths, from cones not much larger than a round bead would be on up to long spikes inches in length.
