Pauly Unstoppable is a heavily modified man who is well known in the BME community for his large gauge double nostrils. He was the first person to get a sclera tattoo. He has been featured in Bizarre Magazine. [1]
He is nicknamed Pauly Unstoppable because he has had many near death experiences.
