Lovetta Wagner was a tattoo artist and the daughter of Gus Wagner and Maud Wagner.

Biography

Like her mother, she became a well known female tattoo artist despite never getting tattooed herself. In 1993, well known tattooist and collector, Don Ed Hardy received a rose tattoo from her. It was the last tattoo she did before she died in 1983.
