Genital Frenectomy

Genital Frenectomy is the removal of the glans frenum (surgical modification).

Sometimes done to correct the condition "frenulum breve", where the band of tissue that connects the underside of the glands to the foreskin is too short and restricts the movement of the foreskin, this causes uncomfortable tears and then possible scarring.
